Syntiant Corp. has publicly filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the SEC for a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock, and intends to list on Nasdaq under the ticker "SYTN." Founded in 2017 and based in Irvine, California, Syntiant builds processors, sensors, and software for speech, audio, sensor, and vision processing — a full-stack physical AI platform delivering ultra-low-power, always-on intelligence that senses, decides, and acts autonomously in real time. That capability is increasingly the bottleneck for AI at the edge, where devices in personal electronics, smart homes, healthcare, automotive, robotics, and industrial settings need to run inference locally on tight power budgets rather than round-tripping to the cloud. Citigroup, BofA Securities, and UBS Investment Bank are acting as joint lead book-running managers, with a broad syndicate of additional book-runners and co-managers. Share count and pricing have not yet been set, and the offering remains subject to market conditions and completion of the SEC's review.
